About
ABOUT DAN
Dan is an accomplished writer, performer and theatre maker who trained at Birmingham School of Acting. His career has taken him across the globe, where he's performed and developed a bold style of solo LGBTQ+ theatre. His work centres around themes of identity, isolation and human connection.
His plays have been produced internationally, including the Australian premier of Bleach in Sydney and immersive New York production that enjoyed an extended 12-week run. Most recently Bleach was translated for a Spanish language production in Mexico, solidifying him as a voice that resonates across cultures and demographics.
Dan's impact extends beyond the stage; having his contributions highlighted in the Emmy award-winning documentary series 'Immersive World'. He has been recognised with the Oscar Wild award for writing, a testament to his ongoing achievements in playwriting.
In addiction to writing, Dan continues to develop innovative new productions, blending his passion for performance with creating dynamic touring work on the fringe theatre scene.
